These Terms were drafted in Greek. This English text is provided for convenience only; in the event of any discrepancy, the Greek text prevails.

1. Introduction and scope

1.1 These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Noiz platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company identified in Article 2.

1.2 These Terms apply to the website noiz.gr, its subdomains (including forum.noiz.gr and support.noiz.gr), the Progressive Web App, and any related electronic service provided by Noiz (together, the "Platform").

1.3 By creating an account, publishing a listing, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unreservedly accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any provision, you must refrain from using the Platform.

1.4 These Terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of them. In the event of conflict on data protection matters, the Privacy Policy prevails.

1.5 The Platform is intended exclusively for adults. Creating an account requires that you have reached the age of eighteen (18) and have full legal capacity under Articles 127 et seq. of the Greek Civil Code.

3. Definitions

  • "Member": a user who has created an account on the Platform.

  • "Visitor": a user browsing without an account.

  • "Consumer": a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession, within the meaning of Law 2251/1994.

  • "Business User": any person acting in the course of their trade, business, craft or profession.

  • "Listing": any sale, wanted or service advertisement published on the Platform.

  • "Service Listing": a Listing offering a service rather than the sale of goods, as set out in Article 7.

  • "Forum": the online discussion community at forum.noiz.gr.

  • "User Content": any text, title, description, image, video, review, Forum post, message or other material you upload to the Platform.

  • "Promotion Services": the optional paid visibility services described in Article 11.

4. Nature of the service

4.1 The Platform operates as an intermediation and hosting service: it provides a technical environment in which Members publish and search for Listings of musical instruments, audio equipment and related services.

4.2 Noiz is not a party to the contracts concluded between Members and does not act as seller, buyer, broker, custodian, employer or guarantor of those transactions.

4.3 Noiz does not pre-screen and does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, legality or quality of Listings, nor the identity, solvency, qualifications or legal capacity of Members. Noiz is under no general monitoring obligation, in accordance with Article 8 DSA.

4.4 Responsibility for the accuracy, legality and performance of every transaction rests solely with the transacting Members.

4.5 Seller or provider status. Every Member must correctly declare whether they are acting as a Consumer (private individual) or as a Business User. Consumer protection legislation (including the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity) applies only where your counterparty is a Business User.

4.6 Disputes between Members. Noiz does not mediate, arbitrate or resolve disputes between Members, and does not provide an escrow service. It may, at its sole discretion, take action against accounts in the course of investigating a complaint, without this constituting any assumption of liability for the transaction.

5. Member accounts

5.1 Registration. Creating an account requires the provision of true and accurate details, in particular your first name and surname. You must keep your details up to date.

5.2 One account per person. Each person may hold one account only per service. Multiple registrations and the use of more than one account are prohibited.

5.3 Separate listings and Forum accounts. The listings website (noiz.gr) and the Forum (forum.noiz.gr) are technically distinct systems with separate registration. Registering on one does not give you access to the other. You may hold one account on each. These Terms govern both, with the specific provisions of Article 16 applying to the Forum.

5.4 Sign-in via third-party services. Account creation and sign-in may be carried out via a Facebook, Google, X or Apple account. In that case:

(a) we receive from the relevant provider the data you have approved for sharing, as set out in the Privacy Policy; your relationship with that provider is governed by its own terms;

(b) the accuracy obligation in paragraph 5.1 and the single-account rule in paragraph 5.2 continue to apply. Using a different sign-in method does not justify creating a second account;

(c) loss of access to the third-party account may affect your access to the Platform. You are advised to set a password and maintain a valid email address;

(d) deleting your account with the third-party provider does not delete your Noiz account, which is done under paragraph 5.9.

5.5 Business accounts. If you register as a Business User, you must provide your business name, VAT number and address, and keep them up to date.

(a) This information is collected to verify your status and to comply with legal and tax obligations. It is not published and is not made visible to other users. Only your status as a Business User may be indicated publicly, so that buyers know whether they are dealing with a business or a private individual.

(b) The fact that Noiz does not publish this information does not release you from your own obligations to disclose your details to consumers under e-commerce and consumer protection legislation.

(c) Falsely declaring your status or details constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Noiz reserves the right to request documentation and to suspend the account until it is provided.

5.6 Telephone number verification. Noiz may require verification of your mobile telephone number by SMS, as a security measure and to prevent fraud and abuse. You must provide a genuine number under your control. Any charges from your mobile operator are borne by you. The number is used for identification, account security and operational notifications, as set out in the Privacy Policy. Your number is not published and is not made visible to other users.

5.7 Security. You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out through your account. You must notify us without delay if you suspect unauthorised access.

5.8 No transfer. Your account is personal and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to third parties.

5.9 Deletion. You may request deletion of your account at any time from https://noiz.gr/my-profile/, by selecting "Deletion Request". Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Re-registering under a different name in order to circumvent deletion or a previous ban is not permitted.

6. Listing Rules

6.1 General principles

(a) Each sale Listing must correspond to one (1) product. Exceptions:

  • products sold as a set or bundle (for example, a set of cymbals);

  • products that do not correspond to a specific brand/model (for example, multiple vinyl records).

Service Listings are governed by Article 7.

(b) Publishing the same item or service in more than one category is prohibited. Duplicate listings by the same Member will be removed.

(c) Wanted advertisements must be posted exclusively in the "Wanted" section.

(d) Listings written in an advertising style are not permitted.

6.2 Title

(a) A correct sale Listing title includes the brand, the model and, where known, the year, finish or country of manufacture.

Examples of correct titles: Smash Classic Telecaster 2000s NOS SunburstIbanez RG470 Made in Japan

(b) The following are not permitted:

  • capital letters, "greeklish", and characters such as ! # *;

  • the price in the title — the price belongs solely in its own field;

  • telephone numbers or other direct contact details (including email addresses, social media accounts, links to messaging applications), in both the title and the description.

    Noiz does not publish telephone numbers. The number you provide is used solely for verification and security under paragraph 5.6 and is not made visible to other users. Including it in a title or description exposes it to automated harvesting by third parties and to fraud attempts, and makes it impossible to investigate any complaint. Communication concerning a Listing takes place exclusively through the Platform's tools, under Article 15;

  • the word "For sale" / «Πωλείται»;

  • phrases such as "BARGAIN", "MUST GO" or "NEW PRICE" — where you reduce a price, the Platform notifies users automatically;

  • the category name, which is already selected when creating the Listing.

Incorrect title: Amplifier Boss Katana 100 mk2 300EUROS MUST GO!!! Correct title: Boss Katana 100 mk2

6.3 Description

The description must reflect the true condition of the product. Any functional faults, damage, repairs or modifications must be expressly stated. Including the product's history is recommended.

6.4 Price

The price must correspond to the actual sale price. Zero or nominal prices (for example €1) are not permitted, nor is artificial price manipulation intended to display a misleading reduction.

6.5 Images and video

(a) Images and video must be original, taken by you. In sale Listings they must depict the specific product in its current condition. In Service Listings they must genuinely relate to the provider or the service.

(b) Images taken from the internet, manufacturer (stock) images, product or software logos that do not belong to you, screenshots and collages are prohibited.

(c) Adding text, logos or graphics within images in order to promote the Listing is prohibited.

(d) All uploaded images carry a Noiz watermark, as a measure to limit unauthorised reproduction.

7. Service Listings

7.1 Scope. Service Listings (including music tutors, musicians, studios, repairs) are governed by Articles 6.2 to 6.5 by analogy, subject to the specific provisions of this Article.

7.2 One listing per service. Each Member maintains one Listing per distinct service. Artificially multiplying Listings for what is essentially the same service in order to gain visibility is prohibited.

7.3 Accuracy of qualifications. Every statement of studies, titles, degrees, professional experience or collaborations must be true and verifiable. Falsely claiming qualifications constitutes a serious breach and results in removal of the Listing and possibly a ban.

7.4 Verification. Noiz may offer a qualifications verification process. A verification indicator confirms solely that formal documents were submitted and checked. It does not constitute an assessment of the quality of the service, nor a recommendation by Noiz.

7.5 Service price. Where a price is stated, it must correspond to the actual price charged and specify the unit (for example, per lesson, per hour).

7.6 Services to minors. Where the service is directed at minors, the provider bears sole responsibility for compliance with all relevant legislation and for obtaining the necessary consents from those exercising parental responsibility. Noiz does not check and does not guarantee the suitability of any provider.

7.7 No employment relationship. No Service Listing creates a relationship of employment, mandate or agency between the Member and Noiz.

8. Listing lifecycle

8.1 Publication. A Listing is published following any review under Article 14 and remains active until it expires, is deactivated or is deleted.

8.2 Marking as "Sold". You may mark a Listing as sold. In that case:

  • the Listing carries a corresponding indicator and remains visible as history;

  • it ceases to be declared available to search engines;

  • any active Promotion Services terminate automatically, under paragraph 11.10.

8.3 Deactivation and restoration. You may deactivate a Listing and restore it later from your account page.

8.4 Accuracy of status. You must keep the status of your Listing up to date. Maintaining active Listings for items that are no longer available constitutes a breach of these Terms.

9. Prohibited content, items and conduct

9.1 Prohibited content

Listings, posts, messages and User Content generally are prohibited where they are:

  • misleading, inaccurate or defamatory;

  • slanderous, abusive, obscene, vulgar, threatening or hateful;

  • pornographic in orientation;

  • racist or discriminatory, or inciting hatred or violence;

  • unlawful or contrary to public morals.

Personal attacks, ridiculing others' views, and rude or argumentative behaviour towards other Members are also prohibited.

9.2 Prohibited items

The following may not be listed:

(a) Counterfeit goods and replicas, and items infringing trade marks, patents or other intellectual property rights. For "clone" instruments or effects, the trade mark or model name of the original may not be used in a way that causes confusion.

(b) Stolen goods, or goods of unknown or doubtful provenance.

(c) Pirated software and music, and requests for the same. The resale of software or digital goods whose licence is not transferable is likewise prohibited.

(d) Items falling under CITES and Regulation (EC) 338/97, without the required certificates — in particular instruments containing ivory, tortoiseshell, or timber of the genus Dalbergia (rosewood). The Member bears responsibility for documenting legality and the permissibility of cross-border transport.

(e) Weapons, ammunition and hazardous substances.

(f) Recalled electrical equipment or equipment not meeting safety requirements.

(g) Any other item whose possession or trade is prohibited under Greek or EU law.

9.3 Prohibited conduct

  • Using automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to collect data without prior written permission.

  • Circumventing technical security measures or restrictions.

  • Sending unsolicited communications (spam) or bulk commercial messages.

  • Creating a new account where your account has been suspended or banned.

  • Harvesting other Members' personal data for purposes unrelated to a transaction.

  • Improper exploitation of the Platform by websites with competing content in order to attract members.

10. User Content and licence

10.1 Ownership. You retain all intellectual property rights in the User Content you upload.

10.2 Representations and warranties. By uploading User Content you represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights, that no third-party rights are infringed, and that the content is accurate and not misleading.

10.3 Grant of licence. By uploading User Content you grant Noiz — and, as authorised by Noiz, its partners and other Members — a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, display, reproduce, store, distribute, modify, edit, translate, adapt and create derivative works of it.

10.4 Purpose and extent. The licence is granted solely for:

(a) operating, providing, maintaining and improving the Platform;

(b) standardising and formatting Listings, in particular the title and structured fields, to ensure consistency and discoverability;

(c) applying a watermark to images;

(d) displaying and promoting the Platform and Listings, on and off the Platform, including via search engines, social media, newsletters and partner classifieds platforms or marketplaces;

(e) building and enriching a product catalogue and market statistics, including aggregated or anonymised derivatives.

10.5 Duration. The licence applies for as long as the User Content remains published and for a reasonable period after its deletion, to the extent required for technical reasons or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Aggregated and anonymised data may be retained beyond that period.

10.6 Moderation practice. Notwithstanding the licence in paragraph 10.3, Noiz undertakes that it will as a rule not unilaterally alter Listings without notification. Where non-compliance is identified, Noiz will:

(a) notify the Member and give them the opportunity to correct it under Article 14; or

(b) where the issue is a minor formatting correction (for example, converting capitals to lower case, removing prohibited characters, reordering brand and model), make the correction directly, notifying the Member with the previous and new wording and the reason. The Member may restore or amend their title, subject to Article 6, or object under Article 14.

10.7 Feedback. Suggestions and comments regarding the Platform may be used freely, with no obligation of compensation or attribution.

11. Promotion Services and payments

11.1 Free core service. Creating an account and publishing Listings are free of charge. Noiz optionally offers paid visibility services (the "Promotion Services"), including Bump-Ups, Highlights and Featured, described in detail on the relevant Help Centre page.

11.2 Formation of contract and immediate commencement. A contract is concluded upon completion of the order and confirmation of payment. The Promotion Service is activated and begins to be performed immediately upon payment. You will receive confirmation on a durable medium, by email.

11.3 Payment methods. Payments are processed exclusively through the licensed payment service providers Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. Noiz does not collect, view or store full payment card details, other than the last four digits for identification purposes.

11.4 Prices. Prices shown are final and include applicable VAT at 24%.

11.5 Refunds. Given the immediate commencement of performance under paragraph 11.2, no refund is available after payment, with the sole exception set out in paragraph 11.6.

11.6 Service not provided. Where a Promotion Service was not activated or not provided due to a technical fault attributable to Noiz, the full amount paid is refunded or, at your election, an equivalent amount of Credits is granted.

11.7 Reservation in favour of Consumers. Paragraphs 11.5 and 11.6 do not affect any mandatory rights afforded to you by consumer protection legislation. If you consider that such a right applies to you, please contact support@noiz.gr and your request will be considered.

11.8 Noiz Credits. Credits are a prepaid unit of value used to activate Promotion Services, at one (1) Credit per one (1) euro. Additional bonus Credits may be granted with a purchase. Credits are not a means of payment or electronic money, do not function as a personal wallet, are not transferable to third parties and cannot be redeemed for cash.

11.9 Paid Listing is specific. Each paid Promotion Service corresponds to one specific Listing. Altering its material details so that it relates to a different item or service is not permitted.

11.10 Early completion due to sale. If you mark a Listing as "Sold" under paragraph 8.2, any active Promotion Services terminate automatically. The Promotion Service is deemed performed, as it served its purpose, and no refund is due for the remaining period.

11.11 Termination for breach. Where a Listing is suspended or removed due to your culpable breach of these Terms, the price of any active Promotion Services is not refunded.

11.12 Continued consumption while inactive. A Promotion Service continues to run and to be consumed even if the Listing is paused, hidden or deactivated at your initiative.

12. Ranking and order of display

(Article 5, Regulation (EU) 2019/1150)

12.1 The order of display is determined by the following main parameters, in descending order of importance:

(a) Featured Listings (paid service) — always appear first, in both category lists and search results. Where several compete, the order between them is randomised on each page refresh;

(b) Time of last renewal (bump-up) — free every 7 days, or more frequently via a paid package;

(c) Date of publication for all other Listings;

(d) Relevance to the search terms. The Platform uses a proprietary search engine that matches on phonetic similarity, transliteration between the Greek and Latin alphabets, and model codes.

12.2 Effect of payment. Noiz expressly discloses that payment affects ranking. Highlight services affect only visual prominence and not ranking position.

12.3 Listings marked as "Sold" cease to participate in ranking.

12.4 Differentiated treatment. Noiz does not give its own listings, or those of connected persons, more favourable ranking treatment.

13. Reporting illegal or infringing content

(Article 16 DSA)

13.1 Any person may report content via the "Report" function on each Listing or by email to support@noiz.gr.

13.2 For a sufficiently substantiated report, please include: a reasoned explanation, a clear indication of the electronic location (URL), your contact details (except for reports concerning offences against minors), and a statement of good faith.

13.3 We confirm receipt without delay and inform you of our decision with reasons. Decisions are taken in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner.

13.4 Where a criminal offence is suspected involving a threat to the life or safety of persons, we inform the competent authorities without delay, in accordance with Article 18 DSA.

14. Content moderation and enforcement measures

(Articles 14 and 17 DSA)

14.1 Moderation tools. We use:

(a) automated tools — filters detecting spam, duplicate listings, prohibited words, contact details in titles and descriptions, and formatting breaches, and automated checking of submitted brand/model data;

(b) reports under Article 13;

(c) human review by our administrators and moderators.

14.2 Human oversight. Any measure with a material effect on your account is subject to human review and is not taken solely on the basis of automated processing.

14.3 Escalation.

14.4 Statement of reasons. For every restriction we provide a clear and specific statement of reasons: the nature and scope of the measure, the facts relied on, any use of automated means, the contractual or legal basis, and the redress options.

14.5 Objections. You may object to any measure, including a permanent ban, within thirty (30) days at support@noiz.gr. The objection is reviewed by a person who did not take the original decision, where practicable, and answered with reasons. The availability of an objection does not entail an obligation to lift the measure.

14.6 Business Users. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/1150: where a restriction or suspension is applied, the statement of reasons is provided before or at the time the measure takes effect; where provision of services is terminated, notice is given thirty (30) days in advance, unless a legal obligation applies, the Member has repeatedly breached these Terms, or another overriding reason exists.

14.7 Urgent measures. Where content is manifestly illegal or dangerous, or fraud is suspected, we may act immediately and notify you promptly afterwards.

15. Communication between Members

15.1 Communication concerning a Listing takes place through the Platform's tools. Exchanging direct contact details within Listings is prohibited under paragraph 6.2(b).

15.2 The content of private messages is not publicly accessible, but may be reviewed by our moderation team when investigating a complaint, a security incident, or a request from a competent authority.

15.3 Using the messaging system for unsolicited commercial communication, harassment or abuse of other Members, or attempted fraud is prohibited. Such conduct results in a ban.

16. Forum Rules

16.1 Nature of the community. The Forum is a discussion community devoted to music, music technology and related equipment. The most important rule is mutual respect and civil discussion.

16.2 No responsibility for posts. Administrators and moderators make efforts to keep content clean, but it is impossible to review every post. Each post expresses solely the views of its author and not those of the administration, the moderators or the webmaster.

16.3 Language and form.

  • Only Greek characters are permitted when writing in Greek; "greeklish" is not allowed. Latin characters are permitted when writing in a foreign language.

  • Permanent use of capitals is not allowed. Capitals are permitted only for emphasis.

16.4 Subject matter.

  • Political or religious discussion is prohibited, as is any direct or indirect reference likely to trigger such discussion. Such posts are deleted; persistent non-compliance results in a ban.

  • Material departure from the thread starter's subject is not permitted. Natural evolution of a discussion towards related matters is legitimate; drifting into unrelated topics is not. A moderator may intervene or split posts into a new thread.

  • Replies unrelated to the original post are not permitted.

16.5 Quality of discussion.

  • The first post determines the quality of the thread. Be descriptive and substantiated, with a title that genuinely describes the subject.

  • Multiple consecutive replies without substantive content are not permitted.

  • Excessive use of the Forum for personal exchanges between two members, inside jokes and extended banter that contribute nothing to the thread is not permitted.

16.6 Respect.

  • Ironic, dismissive or negative replies to a member asking a question are strictly prohibited. If you have nothing useful to contribute, do not reply. Breach results in a permanent ban, subject to the right of objection under paragraph 14.5.

  • The Forum comprises members of every age and level. Beginners are welcome, and passing knowledge to new generations is a value of the community.

  • Please do not reply if you do not actually know the answer.

  • Substantiated argument is entirely legitimate. Provocative posts that negatively characterise persons or groups and lead to flame wars are prohibited.

16.7 Promotion and signatures.

  • Using the Forum as a means of promoting your professional activity is not permitted, in particular registering and immediately publishing advertising content.

  • Advertising or offensive signatures are not permitted, nor are images in the signature area.

16.8 Illegal content. Promoting or seeking pirated software and music, or anything else contrary to law, is not permitted through the Forum. Article 9 applies in addition.

16.9 Citing sources. When posting links in support of a position, they should be accompanied by your own commentary. Extracts from other media may be published only with clear attribution of source and author and within an informational context.

16.10 Administration. Administrators and moderators are entitled to delete, edit or move any post or thread that does not comply with these Terms. Questions regarding locking, deletion or administrative action are to be submitted by private message or email to those responsible, and not by creating a new thread.

16.11 IP logging. The IP address of each post is logged for security and evidential purposes, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

16.12 Access to the Forum is not an acquired right and is conditional on compliance with these rules.

17. Reviews

17.1 The Platform provides a review system. Reviews may be submitted only by Members who have had genuine transactional contact.

17.2 Reviews must be truthful, substantiated and civil. False, defamatory or coercive reviews are prohibited, as is the submission or purchase of fake reviews.

17.3 Noiz does not pre-screen reviews, but may remove those breaching these Terms, following a report or on its own initiative.

17.4 Noiz does not alter the content of reviews and does not weight them in exchange for payment.

18. Transaction safety

18.1 Noiz provides advisory guidance in the Help Centre. It is informational and does not constitute a guarantee.

18.2 We particularly recommend using PayPal Goods & Services for remote transactions, retaining evidence, and avoiding advance payments to sellers of unknown reliability.

18.3 Noiz is not liable for loss arising from a transaction between Members, in particular non-delivery, defective performance, fraud, or disagreement as to the condition of an item or the quality of a service.

18.4 Fraud attempts. As on any classifieds platform, fraud attempts occur by persons creating accounts with false details. Noiz takes preventive and remedial measures, including: automated filters detecting suspicious activity, telephone number verification under paragraph 5.6, examination of reports under Article 13, account bans under Article 14, and cooperation with the competent authorities where required.

18.5 Limits of these measures. These measures do not eliminate the risk. Noiz does not verify the identity of every user, does not guarantee the reliability or intentions of any Member, and has no ability to recover funds paid outside the Platform.

18.6 Your own diligence. Before any transaction you must exercise reasonable care. In particular: do not send money in advance to an unknown seller, use PayPal Goods & Services and never Friends & Family, keep communication within the Platform, and be sceptical of offers that deviate significantly from market prices. Detailed guidance and the most common forms of fraud are described in the Help Centre.

18.7 If you are defrauded. If you fall victim to or become aware of an attempt, report it immediately to support@noiz.gr and via the "Report" function. You must also contact the competent police authorities — fraud is a criminal offence and Noiz does not substitute for legal recourse. We will cooperate with the authorities by providing the information they are lawfully entitled to.

19. Noiz intellectual property

19.1 The "Noiz" mark, the logo, the design, source code, structure, database and all Platform content that is not User Content belong to the Company or its licensors.

19.2 Copying, distributing, transferring, adapting, reselling or creating derivative works from Platform content, and reproducing, republishing, communicating or transmitting it for commercial or other purposes, is prohibited without prior written permission from Noiz or the relevant rights holder.

19.3 Extraction or re-utilisation of a substantial part of the database, within the meaning of Law 2121/1993 and Directive 96/9/EC, is prohibited.

20. Advertising, links and partnerships

20.1 The Platform may display third-party advertising, which is clearly identified.

20.2 The Platform may contain affiliate links, from which Noiz may receive a commission. Their presence does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee and does not affect the ranking of Listings under Article 12.

20.3 This website contains references to third-party websites. Noiz is not responsible for their content, practices or availability; access is at your own risk.

21. Liability

21.1 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".

21.2 Noiz is liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of injury to life, bodily integrity or health, and except in any case where such limitation is not permitted by mandatory law.

21.3 Nothing limits the mandatory statutory rights of Consumers.

21.4 Noiz is not liable for loss arising from: Member content; transactions between Members; the acts of third parties; force majeure; or interruptions attributable to infrastructure, network or payment providers.

21.5 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify Noiz against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms or of third-party rights, including reasonable legal costs.

22. Duration and termination

22.1 The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.

22.2 You may terminate it at any time by deleting your account.

22.3 Noiz may terminate for good cause, in accordance with Article 14.

22.4 Termination does not affect claims that have already arisen.

23. Amendments to these Terms

23.1 Noiz reserves the right to amend these Terms, in particular to comply with changes in legislation or in the services provided.

23.2 In the event of a material amendment you will be notified by appropriate means at least fifteen (15) days before it takes effect.

23.3 In respect of Business Users, the notice period shall not be less than fifteen (15) days, in accordance with Article 3(2) of Regulation (EU) 2019/1150.

23.4 If you disagree, you may terminate before the amendment takes effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

24. Data protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

25. Governing law, dispute resolution and jurisdiction

25.1 These Terms are governed by Greek law and the law of the European Union.

25.2 Consumer protection. If you are a Consumer habitually resident in another Member State, the choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, in accordance with Article 6 of Regulation (EC) 593/2008.

25.3 Amicable resolution. We encourage you to contact us first at support@noiz.gr.

25.4 Alternative dispute resolution. As a Consumer you may refer the matter to the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (https://www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr) or another accredited ADR body. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/3228.

25.5 Jurisdiction. The courts of Athens shall have jurisdiction. If you are a Consumer, this clause does not affect your right to bring proceedings before the courts of your place of domicile, in accordance with Articles 17 to 19 of Regulation (EU) 1215/2012.
